Shipping & Pickup Information

Drive to our nursery and pick up your tree directly. Our team will have it ready and can help load it onto your vehicle or trailer. No additional fees. This is the most straightforward option for most customers. We are located in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma - contact us for the exact address and to schedule a pickup time.

If you cannot pick up in person, you are welcome to hire a third-party carrier, hotshot trucking service, or freight broker to collect your tree from our nursery. We will coordinate with them directly for loading. All scheduling and costs are between you and your chosen carrier - we just need advance notice of the pickup date and time.

For large orders, we can arrange freight delivery by semi-truck. This is ideal for landscapers, developers, municipalities, or anyone purchasing a significant quantity of trees at once. We can potentially accommodate quarter, half, and full semi-load orders depending on tree sizes and species. Pricing depends on quantity, tree size, and delivery location. We do not ship individual trees via UPS, FedEx, or standard parcel carriers. The size and weight of field-grown balled-and-burlapped trees makes this impractical. All orders require pickup or arranged freight as described above.

We do not offer installation or planting services. Trees leave our nursery as balled-and-burlapped stock. Please make arrangements with a local landscaper or excavation company for installation at your site.
