We guarantee our trees for one year against disease. If a tree develops a disease issue within one year of the purchase date, please contact us so we can review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
Because trees are living plants, their success depends heavily on proper handling, planting, and care after they leave our possession. For that reason, we cannot be responsible for trees that decline or die due to improper treatment or preventable damage. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Damage during transport, unloading, or installation
- Improper planting practices
- Failure to water correctly
- Overwatering or underwatering
- Planting in unsuitable soil or site conditions
- Physical damage from equipment, animals, or other outside causes
- Neglect or lack of routine care
To help protect the health of the tree and support any warranty claim, customers should follow proper planting and watering guidelines from the time the tree is received and installed.
If there is a concern about a tree covered under this policy, customers should reach out with photos and a description of the issue. We may request additional information about planting conditions, care, and timing so we can properly evaluate the claim.
Our goal is to be fair, helpful, and straightforward. We are committed to providing strong, healthy trees and clear support when a legitimate disease issue arises within the one-year guarantee period.
